JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Web Content Coordinator is responsible for development of internet based communications with a focus on increasing community awareness and expanding donor engagement.
- Under the direction of the Director of Leeds Outreach, the Web Content Coordinator directs the media team staff and coordinates strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the organization.
- The position requires analysis of target audiences and the development of strategies and tactics to help the organization realize its goals. Donor stewardship is a critical focus area, encompassing the cultivation, retention and recognition of individuals, organizations and corporations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as Web Content Coordinator to Design and deploy online communications.
- Responsible for the posting of the content for all social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Nextdoor and others
- Oversee the creative process for all campaigns, programs and projects to ensure quality, brand compliance, and continuity.
- HANDLING OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
WORKING CONDITIONS
- This work is performed primarily AT HOME environment while sitting at a computer terminal for extended periods of time.
- May work outside normal working hours.
DESIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Ability to identify, track, and report on Key Performance Indicators across all web based platforms.
- Project management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines;
- Analytical, organizational, and time management skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills
- Results-oriented with a passion for the creative process
- Must be highly motivated and capable of working independently and on a team
- Must be comfortable working within a fast-paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in marketing, communications, or related fields desired.
- Non-profit volunteer or work-related experience is a plus.

Pickup up produce and other donated items from Walmart and deliver to Outreach
Requires 2 or 3 people
Load 20 to 80 boxes at Walmart,
Weight 5 to 40 lbs/box
Deliver and unload boxes to Leeds Outreach
Approximate duration 1.5 hrs
Sort and add produce, bread and meat to boxes
Requires 5 people
Loading Food Boxes into vehicles
Requires 5 people , approximately 30 pound boxes
Traffic management
Requires 1 person
4th saturday CLEANING volunteers - positions filled 2/1/2022
Individuals and church groups are encouraged to participate. Services times may be rotated among providers.
Frequency and times - once monthly, 4th Saturday of each month.
